Filed under: Opinionated on Tuesday, April 26, 2005

Maggie Gyllenhaal speaks her mind at the 2005 Tribeca Film Festival: ” I think America has done reprehensible things and is responsible in some way and so I think the delicacy with which it’s dealt [in the film] allows that to sort of creep in.(Read the rest of “What a Fool Believes”)

Laundry? Or WordPress? Hmmmm…

Filed under: Geek Wannabe on Tuesday, April 26, 2005

Got a lot done yesterday at the expense of the laundry, which now consists of two piles: the clean and unsorted towering on top of my dining room table, and the dirty, stinky boy stuff perfuming the laundry room. (Read the rest of “Laundry? Or WordPress? Hmmmm…”)

Murphy’s Law

Filed under: Opinionated on Monday, April 25, 2005

A big surprise today in San Diego: Mayor Dick Murphy announced his resignation, effective July 15.
