I tried to use Ultimate Tag Warrior a month or so ago, but in the end, I realized that I have always regarded my categories as tags. Maybe it's just me, but I don't see a difference between "what kind of an post we're dealing with" and "its content". I would suggest that you get into tags, they're very important. But, don't add a plugin to your setup to handle tags, just use your categories as tags.
