Monday Morning Mojo No. 29
This weekend Hubby and the boys took Mojo to Dog Beach, where they learned something really interesting: if you mix bulldog drool with sea water, you get a foamy substance that dries rock solid all over the car upholstery.
WHAT: Squirt’s swim team snorkel, its mouthpiece chewed beyond recognition
HOW: Because nobody EVER listens to me.
Act One: The Living Room
BONNIE: Squirt! Put your swim bag away!
SQUIRT: I will, Mom!
Act Two: The Living Room, 10 minutes later
BONNIE: Squirt! I told you to put your swim bag away!
SQUIRT: I will, Mom!
Act Three: The Living Room, 20 minutes later
BONNIE: S-Q-U-I-R-T-!-!-!-! PUT THAT !&%#@! SWIM BAG AWAY!
SQUIRT: I will, Mom!
Act Four: The Living Room, 1 minute later
SQUIRT: Awwww, Mom! Mojo chewed up my snorkel! You naughty dog!
BONNIE: Somebody’s naughty all right, but for once it isn’t that dang bulldog.
REPLACEMENT COST: $27.50, paid for by Squirt.

It’s Monday Mojo – I have to tell ya I’d hate for you to have a well behaved pooch … what would I do on Monday mornings…

You know at Sandia Labs, they are cooking up substances that can be sprayed on people, harden and result in a “humane” means of controlling a criminal suspect. Perhaps bull dog drool and sea water is the next great thing in law enforcement.

Dennie, Kait & Bonnie, I’m about to crack down on this dog’s misbehavior… it’s boot camp for him! But then what will I write about? I’m going to have to choose between our worldly goods and my website.
Michelle, yeah, isn’t it funny how he chewed up the business end of the snorkel? Squirt could’ve still used it if he put holes in the other side, but not the mouthpiece.

I too have a dog that we bring to Dog Beach all the time just was there today, and yet she too foams at the mouth lol. Only at the ocean. Gotta love the salty air lol
